Everyone has an innate capacity for healing, but sometimes it may feel hidden or out of reach. Therapy can help create the conditions where you can reconnect with that capacity, and offer a space to slow down and share all that you have been carrying. Together we can set meaningful goals, explore what keeps you feeling stuck and build insight and practical tools. Our work might draw on attachment theory, nature-based therapy, somatic awareness, parts-work and other approaches depending on what you bring and what resonates for you.
